In the winter this golf course transitions to a neighborhood sledding mecca. Tickets range from $20-$60, book online for the best prices. Located at the site of the former Gorgoza Park, Woodward Park City is just 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Two-hour slots start at the top of every hour, and with a cafe and cafeteria on site you can grab some TexMex, a pizza, or maybe a plate of nachos after your ride. With seven lanes at 1,200 feet long, there’s room for the whole family. Woodward Park Cityĭuring winter months this world-class action sports facility offers up the Tubing Park, home to some of Utah’s longest tubing lanes. Prices include a lift ticket for the tow lift and tube rental.

Rumor has it this is the steepest and fastest tubing hill in the state. Rather than straight lanes, this tubing park has bobsled turns, so your descent is complete with corners and side rides. Online ticket reservations are highly recommended. Prices range from $12-$30 depending upon when you go. For fun you may even want to hop on the Heber Valley Railroad to get there. The tubing hill sports 1,200 foot tubing lanes for cool thrills and a magic carpet for easy transport. Soldier Hollow Nordic Center, part of Wasatch Mountain State Park and a major venue in the 2002 Winter Olympics, is home to the Toyota Tubing Hill. The Grand Lodge at the base of the hill offers snacks and a fireplace for winter warming.
